Muslim brothers,ALLAH hates sins but loves to forgive.how about it?

according to my understanding both are correct ALLAH hates sins and even many a times punishes those who commit sins but he loves to pardon the past sins committed by an individual if the individual has a deep remorse against the sins committed by him and has repented deeply but such an attitude does not mean at all that ALLAH is encouraging muslims to commit sins so that they will ask forgiveness in future against the sins and ALLAH will then forgive them.
