Should I buy this car?

it's an 89 honda crx. 5 speed, body has like almost 300k miles, but it's had the engine and transmission replaced. the only thing that really makes me weary about it is it looks like it might have some rear end damage, maybe the rear bumper just wasn't put on correctly? here are pics : http://img200.imageshack.us/i/img0040ff.jpg/ http://img2.imageshack.us/i/img0041xl.jpg/ also he has the stock crx si wheels he just had them on his gf's car he has to swap them out. based on the pics is this car worth considering?
