Is this a good 1500 point Warhammer 40,000 Space Marine army?

My army consists of 1 Terminator Epistolary Librarian, 10 Terminators, 3 Tactical Squads of 10 Space Marines, 3 Rhinos and 2 Vindicators. Is this a good 1500 point army. By the way, I love to play Cities Of Death, so would this be a suitable army? If you have any other good 1500 point army lists, tell me. Thanks and all ideas are open.
