Why do soooo many muslims not eat halal food?

I live 3 hours away from the nearest reliable halal shop( food usually is not fresh when I arrive home even with an ice cooler. Even stores that say halal are not all Zabihah. It is unknown where most meat comes from or how it was slaughtered unless you witness it with your own eyes. you should say Bismillah before you eat, and avoid foods that are obviously haram. Allah knows best and he also knows our intentions.
