Prince charles, is he ready to take the throne yet?

hes always been seen by the m ranks of the media as a bit of a royal joke, but i think hes proven himself to be in touch with issues effecting the world today, remember he was the one who campaigned for organic farming long before it became fashionable, he seems to have a sense of humour and at heart i think hes a decent enough sort compared to most of the other royal household, i reckon he'd be a good head of the british monarchy what do u think? { im an irishman by the way so im not really into the royals in a big way}
