Should this be a concern for the cubs?

If there is a weakness to this cub team its the fact that they strike out alot for all the runs they score (701 K's is good for 4th in the NL) ramirez and derosa are striking out alot more than they usually do and soto is striking out with the worst of them for as good a hitter as he is (tho he is young he still has time to reduce K's). And i'm not worried about d-lee or soriano they always strike out 110+ times a year.
