Why is faith healing legal?

A vast majority of people, regardless of their religious affiliation, are smart enough to figure out that faith healing is complete BS. Unfortunately, people like Benny Hinn take advantage of a lot of desperate people and make huge amounts of money. Why is this allowed to continue?
