What does this mean??? explained in your own words?

In simple words Louis XVI meant to state that, i am innocent and all the crimes that i have been accused of, are false, yet i forgive all those who have sanctioned my execution. And lastly he has prayed that such an act, of awarding death penalty to the King, should never occur in France in the times to come.
