Is chocolate good for my stomach when my stomach feels like puking?

im going to a rollercoaster theme park, and i remember hearing somewhere that chocolate is healthy for your stomach or sumtin, and i wanted to know if i should bring some chocolate [a regular hershey bar] just in case my stomach feels like crap.
