If Marino & Elway are the 25th and 23rd best players of all time, where is Jerry Rice and Joe Montana?

I wouldn't worry about it. Joe Montana and Jerry Rice are likely to be in the top 5 on the list. The way I see it, the #1 player of all time will be Jerry Rice. Rice, was not just a player who won championships, but his contributions to the statistics and off the field activities is what made him great. He was an offensive leader, and he was a role model as an NFL player. Montana was similar in his contributions. It wasn't just his championship wins, but the statistics and how well he led his teams at that time. Both players will be in the top 10. If they are not then I doubt the persons who compiled the list actually understand why the players made it that high.
