Why is it that Allah(swt) tests us with something that we can hardly bear?

I have and am being nice to evry1 and try to hlp people,pray,give charity and other things,but stl sometime Allah(swt) tests me with somethings whch is hard to bear,Y is it so if Allah(swt) says,"i put nly tht much load on my servants which they can bear"...
