What's your feelings on women with tattoos on their chest?

i have a drawing of mine that I want to get tattooed onto me, but I am not sure where. It is a flower in black almost like a tribal or aztec tat, with a erfly sucking it's nectar. I am torn between my back upper shoulder blade area, w/ the erfly coming out onto my shoulder/arm, or my chest. I am thinking above the , closer to the front shoulder area, possibly even lower/mid line . . . any suggestions?
