US Troops are leaving Iraq cities now. Will violence continue and prove our sacrifices were in vain?

Our Troops should have left Iraq completely, back when we realized that you cannot make a Soldier out of an Iraqi. Considering it takes a few months to get an American kid combat ready ... and in all these years the Iraqis still only have a B.S. Police Force. (But that's just me thinking out loud.)
