How to replace a fuel filter thats rusted to the fuel line and stripped?

while doing some maintenance on my 93 grand prix i went to replace the fuel filter and it was rusted to the fuel line i used pb blaster to try to remove some of the rust and it removed quite a bit but not enough to remove the filter and while trying to remove it i stripped the nut on the fuel filter
