Hi, need help with installing scanner and digital camera. The scanner is a Plustek, opticpro ut12,(cont)?

The camera is an Oregon scientific. When I use the wizard to install(by the way I am running Windows XP) it ask for an installation disk, which I do not have. When I try to install it manually it is not recognized b y the computer. If anyone out there can help, I would deeply appreciate it
