A friend of mine is 25 and his 58 she's not happy but she to scared to leave him bec.she's not a citizen yet.

She been here for 5years and she's not happy with him and always fighting , recently they had a a mive fight... and the police get involve because he nearly killed her ..and yet after 5 days she wen back to him... this is not the first happened but she keep going back ..... i don't know what holding her...is there any 1 here knows about the law and give me some information can help her.. she badly need help...
