DNA testing procedures?

ok so my boyfriend is not on the birth certificate of my daughter. We recently broke up and he's wanting to take me to court to try and take her. What would he have to do to get a court ordered DNA test? How long would that take? (I'm a single parent of 2 and in college, i dont have alot of money n want to know how long i have to save money for a attorney) And what can i do to slow him on all of it?...i want him to be able to see her but hes kind of hot tempered and does not respect how i want her raised at all ( fed, no pacifier..ect) i asked him if we could work things out between us and he said no hes taking me to court and he wants either full or co-primary...he in no way can raise a baby by himself. In Louisiana they'll most likely give him weekends but then it will be difficult to feed plus i would have to seriously worry about her...
